Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector and a solid understanding of export documentation and Statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally and ERP systems, capable of managing end-to-end accounting functions, and well-versed in GST, TDS, TCS, and banking operations. Facing all type of audits, Bank & Customer account conciliation etc.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely reconciliation and vendor/customer management.
Maintain material accounting and ensure accurate GST credit utilization and compliance with TDS/TCS regulations.
Handle banking operations including letters of credit (LC), bank guarantees (BG), bank loans, bank reconciliations, and documents against payment (DP).
Manage import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Independently prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
Generate and analyse MIS reports to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting using Tally and ERP systems.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams for audits and statutory filings.
