  • The person should be responsible for the Company’s target sales in assigned region.
  • Make business plan and growth strategies, including developing new business.
  • Identify opportunities in the market.
  • Vision to study and identify state potential.

What You Need

Responsibilities:

Are responsible for organization’s sales-related activities including developing new business, growth strategies and opportunities in the market and maximize long term profitable volume growth;

  • Understand & achieve sales target.
  • Generate new sales leads and meet with prospective leads
  • Conduct/ participate seminars and exhibitions for sales promotion in a planned manner.
  • Analyse the market and determines the sales strategy including a market-specific pricing policy.
  • Enhance, optimize and control the dealer / agent network.
  • Provide inputs to marketing team to address and boos t sales network.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Know the competitors and advise suitable strategy to compete efficiently in the market.
  • Work in close collaboration with Customer Solutions to ensure a smooth order handling process.
  • Take feedback from customers for new product ideas/markets requirements.
  • Coach and manage the local sales and sales support team.
  • Willing to learn to know and understand products/solutions/services and advise to customers for suitable design/solutions considering budget for the investors.
  • Organize farmers meeting and technical seminars whenever required.

Soft Skills Required: -

  • Strong written, verbal English and excellent understanding of local language.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of computer MS Office .(ERP will be an added advantage)
  • Excellent reporting skills
