Gartech's GE Ultima LBL is the most reliable housing system for Layer Breeder Layers which is available in 2, 3 and 4 tiers with various box sizes starting from 15 inches (38.1 cm) to 20 inches (50.8 cm) in front and 15 inches (38.1 cm) to 18 inches (45.7 cm) in depth. GE Ultima LBL comes with an option of two feeding systems i.e., the most advanced Trolley Feeding System known as "Accu-feed" with QDTS Technology [PATENT NO 358442] and “Accu-level” Feeding System with feed regulatory boot. GE Ultima LBL also offers an automatic egg collection system for gentle handling of eggs with a minimum percentage of breakages and cracks. Further automation like an egg lift system for centralized egg collection or egg counting etc. is also available with this system.

GE Ultima LBL offers many features and benefits as follows
  • High stocking density: In the traditional California housing system, there is a limit on housing capacity. With GE Ultima LBL, 3 to 4 times of breeders can be housed in the same area of land. This is possible because of the multiple rows (up to 10 rows) and tiers (up to 4 tiers).
  • 100% open-able sliding door enables effortless handling of birds during induction, removal, vaccination and artificial insemination etc.
  • No more manure marks and hair cracks on eggs
  • Excellent dehydration of manure: There is a polypropylene manure belt below each tier of the cage in the ‘H’ type multi-tier system. The manure dropping on these belts becomes dry fast because of the evaporation of water/moisture in the manure.
  • Uniform Temperature on all the tiers: Every tier of the system has symmetric dimensions i.e. height, width and length
