Gartech's GE Ultima BBL is the most reliable housing system for Broiler Breeder Layers which is available in 2, 3 and 4 tiers with various box sizes starting from 16.5 inches (41.91 cm) to 28 inches (71.12cm) in front and 16 inches (40.64 cm) to 20 inches (50.8 cm) in depth. Gartech provides the most advanced Trolley Feeding System known as "Accu-feed" with QDTS Technology [PATENT NO 358442]. It has a user-friendly touch screen display panel that allows setting the feed quantity to be discharged (with the accuracy of 95% to 97%) based on uniform feed particles size and input power voltage. GE Ultima BBL also offers an automatic egg collection system for gentle handling of eggs with a minimum percentage of breakages and cracks. Further automation like an egg lift system for centralized egg collection or egg counting etc. is also available with this system.

GE Ultima BBL offers many features and benefits as follows :
  • High stocking density: In the traditional California housing system, there is a limit on housing capacity and a maximum of 50,000 birds can be housed on one large farm that requires about 5-6 acres of land. With GE Ultima BBL, about 2.3 Lakh breeders can be housed in the same area of land. This is possible because of the multiple rows (up to 10 rows) and tiers (up to 4 tiers).
  • 100% open-able sliding door enables effortless handling of birds during induction, removal, vaccination and artificial insemination etc.
  • No more manure marks and hair cracks on eggs
  • Excellent dehydration of manure: There is a polypropylene manure belt below each tier of the cage in the ‘H’ type multi-tier system. The manure dropping on these belts becomes dry fast because of the evaporation of water/moisture in the manure.
  • Uniform Temperature on all the tiers: Every tier of the system has symmetric dimensions i.e. height, width and length
